The following items were released Sunday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Jerry Craig Boyer, 45, of 610 Grand St., East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Bradley Austin Dillman, 22, of 611 North St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Ryan James Collier, 19, of 5219 Cornwan, St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Detrayous Dontei Curry, 20, of 808 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Summonses Alia Jeannie Shurn, 19, of 805 Rear Ranney Ave., received a summons for stealing.

Brett Michael Holzem, 19, of 630 N. Henderson Ave., received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Adam David Buckley, 18, of 1407 N. Sprigg St., received a summons for prohibited acts.

Assaults Second-degree domestic assualt was reported. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.

Third-degree assault was reported Saturday at 211 Mason St.

Third-degree assault and property damaged were reported.

Thefts A blue and yellow bike was reported stolen at 413 S. Ellis St.

Property Damage

The city of Cape Girardeau reported streets painted at Minnesota Avenue and Rusmar Street.

Miscellaneous

Harrassment by phone was reported.

A 1997 GMC Jimmy was towed at Kingshighway and Independence Street.

Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at 811 N. Henderson Ave.

Larry's Auto Sales reported Missouri dealer tags lost in the Cape Girardeau area.
