The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Tyrone Merriweather was arrested Sunday at 118 S. Sprigg for driving while intoxicated.
Tamara Lentz, 29, of 2002 Independence was arrested Saturday at the intersection of William and Louis for driving while intoxicated.
Kyle Hente, 17, of 1805 Grandview was issued a summons Sunday at the intersection of Marsha Kay and Cape Rock on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and minor in possession.
Roger Ewing, 40, of 225 N. Frederick was issued a summons Sunday at the intersection of Bloomfield and Albert on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests Arnold Jenkins of 418 S. Sprigg was arrested Sunday at the intersection of Middle and Good Hope on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for false information. Jenkins was also issued a summons for suspicion of improper registration and driving while revoked.
Summons Nicholas Walsh, 21, Daniel Spiller, 21, Christopher Krueger, 20, all of 218 William and Anthony Aitman, 21, were issued summons Friday on suspicion of peace disturbance.
Roy Jones, 24, of 605 S. Middle was issued a summons Saturday at 415 Bellevue on suspicion of possession of controlled substance.
Thefts
Flower pots and palm trees were reported stolen Sunday at 1601 Independence.
