The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Jared K. Durbin, 32, of Jackson, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Misty D. Armstrong, 27, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle.

Brian K. Heilig, 23, of St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Richard S. Wren, 19, of 1000 S. Ellis was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of tampering with an automobile and no operator's license and on Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Summons A summons was issued Monday to July K. Horton, of Chaffee, Mo., on suspicion of driving behind another vehicle too closely.

A summons was issued Monday to Markale T. Boyce, of 1927 Briarwood on suspicion of driving behind another vehicle too closely.

Thefts Cash was reported stolen Monday at 200 West Park Mall.

A purse and contents were reported stolen Monday at 3439 William.

Gasoline was reported stolen Monday at Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.

Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday at Rhodes 101 at 449 S. Kingshighway.

Burglary

A burglary was reported Monday at the Cape Girardeau Parks Department at 1157 Minnesota. Stolen items include radios, batteries, a flashlight, water coolers and food. Doors and locks were damaged.

Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Monday at Audio One at 2100 William and Rogers Jewelry at 247 West Park Mall.
