Arrests A subject was taken into custody Saturday at William and Lorimier streets on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, pending filing of formal charges.

Mark Allen Jones, 25, no address given, was arrested Sunday on a warrant.

Steven M. Sheffield, 22, no address given, was arrested Sunday on a warrant.

Summons Delorean G. Boyce, 18, of 1927 Briarwood Drive, received a summons Saturday for prohibited noise acts.

Terrance Earl Smith, 17, of 814 S. Ellis St., received a summons Saturday for failure to comply with lawful order of a police officer.

Thefts

J.C. Penney reported clothes taken Saturday at 200 West Park Mall.

A purse was was reported taken from a vehicle Saturday at 247 Siemers Drive.

A camera and stereo were reported taken from a vehicle Sunday at 3439 William St.

A 37-year-old man was reported missing Sunday at 430 N. Frederick St.

A holster, magazine and bullets were reported found Sunday at North County Park.
