Arrests Ian N. Saputo, 21, of Leopold, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Danny A. Rodgers, 39, of Sulligent, Ala., was arrested Monday on a Jackson County warrant for larceny.

Michael L. Cease, 32, of 1119 Walnut was arrested Monday on a Brevard County, Fla., warrant for probation violation.

Jason J. Williams, 27, of Advance, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

Laura D. Diebold, 23, of 119 S. Benton was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fines.

Oscor G. Fincher, 28, of 189 A Street was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for assault.

Joe E. Baker, 31, of Millersville, Mo., was arrested Monday on Cape Girardeau County warrants for non-support and contempt of court.

Stephen L. Bonds, 36, of 2510 N. Sprigg, Apt. A was arrested Monday on an Obion County, Tenn., warrant for flight to avoid.

Summons A summons was issued Monday for Tyrone Garner, 40, of 546 S. Pacific for telephone harassment.

Theft A bicycle was reported stolen Monday at 1610 Themis.

A stereo was reported stolen Monday at 3120 Themis.

Tools were reported stolen Monday at Quality Plumbing Heating and Air at 1067 Patricia.

Miscellaneous items were reported stolen Monday from a vehicle at 3004 Themis.

Theft of gasoline was reported Monday at Citgo D-Mart at 263 Farrar.

A digital camera and standard camera were reported stolen Monday at 1055 Patricia.

Theft of gasoline was reported Monday at Amoco at 3276 William.

A bicycle was reported stolen Monday at 1400 S. West End Boulevard.

A check card was reported stolen Monday at 3439 William.

A mountain bicycle was reported stolen Monday at 1319 Bloomfield.
