The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Vincent L. McNeil Jr., 24, 610 Hall St., St. Louis, was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of controlled substances.
Michael Oliver, 25, 207 Shannon Lee, Swansea, Ill., was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of controlled substances and drug trafficking.
Richard H. Gregory Jr., 36, Highway 105, East Prairie, Mo., was arrested Monday on two city warrants for failure to appear for traffic offenses.
Patricia A. Dockery, 44, 916 N. Frederick St., was arrested Monday on a Stoddard County warrant for fraud/insufficient funds check.
Bryan Anthony Reed, 20, 515 N. Park St., was arrested Tuesday on a city warrant for contempt of court.
Tiffany Antoinette White, 21, 3101 Norwood Ave., St. Louis, was arrested Tuesday on a city warrant for contempt of court.
Summonses David Victor Bauer, 63, 132 East Cape Rock Drive, was issued a summons Tuesday for a leash law violation.
Laura Lee Holloway, no age given, 528 Cape Meadows Drive, was issued a summons Tuesday for driving while impaired by drugs.
Kyle D. Cox, 18, 2402 Greer St., Scott City, was issued a summons Tuesday for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
Blake Aaron Earnheart, 20, 1300 W. Marelin, Apt. 3, Scott City, was issued a summons Tuesday for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
Casey Lachae Baker, 18, 1300 W. Marelin St., Apt. 3, Scott City, was issued a summons Tuesday for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
Thefts Plants, a flag and landscape light were reported stolen Monday from 2519 Horseshoe Ridge.
Credit cards were reported stolen Monday.
A debit card was reported stolen Monday at 130 S. Henderson St.
Gasoline was reported stolen Monday from BP D-Mart at 3276 William St.
A PlayStation 2, games and cosmetic bag were reported stolen at 1555 N. West End Blvd.
Property Damage
A window was reported broken Monday at 1608 Lexington Ave.
Miscellaneous
A purse and its contents were reported lost.
A wallet and its contents were reported lost Monday on William Street.
A portable lock box was reported found Monday in the 500 block of Aquamsi Street.
