The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Amanda Annemarie Balance, 21, of 409 N. Main St., Anna, Ill., was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girar-deau warrant for allowing an unlicensed driver to operate a vehicle.
Melinda Kay Knowlton, 34, of 808 S. Pacific St., was arrested Saturday on a Scott County warrant for probation violation.
Justin Dalla Laws, 25, of1419 Dunklin St., was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of no valid operators license.
Steven Ross Davis, 34, of 20 N. Pind Wood Lane, Apt. 5, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for no motor vehicle financial responsibility.
Heather Elizabeth Kinder, 24, of 1125 Dorothy Drive, was arrested Sunday on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear and a Jefferson County warrant for default payment of fine.
Summons Jeff Alan McFall, 43, of 2018 Mary St., Scott City, received a summons Saturday for possession of a controlled substance.
Kristin Amber Roberts, 21, of 1710 N. Sprigg St., received a summons Sunday for failure to maintain a single lane of traffic, driving the wrong way on a one-way street, resisting arrest and driving while intoxicated.
Joshua Clinton Boyd, 24, of 368 Country Club Drive, received a summons Sunday for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway.
Assault A female, 16, was referred to juvenile court Saturday for assault at the 200 block of North Sunset Boulevard.
Domestic assault in the second degree and resisting arrest were reported Saturday at the 800 block of North Spanish Street. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.
Domestic assault was reported Sunday at 30 N. Hanover St.
Theft J.C. Penney reported clothing taken Saturday at 200 West Park Mall. Cittie Louise Wade, 26, of 612 Koch Ave., and LaTonya Lynette Turner, 23, of 315 Mason St., received summonses in connection to the complaint.
Rhodes 101 twice reported gasoline stolen Sunday at 1126 N. Sprigg St.
Kids Oil Co. reported stereo equipment stolen Sunday at 1759 Wilson Road.
Two doors were reported stolen Sunday at 823 Maple St.
Miscellaneous
A leash law violation was reported Saturday at Dorothy Drive and West Mount Drive. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.
A false declaration was reported Sunday at 1125 Dorothy Drive, and a subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.
A maroon 1978 Datsun 280 Z was reported abandoned at the 700 block of Terrace Drive.
A juvenile was reported missing and located Sunday.
