Arrests Kenneth Charles Martin, 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Monday on a city warrant for failure to pay fines for stealing.
William Robert Hotop, 18, 200 S. Main St., Perryville, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Madison County warrant for probation violation.
Lewis Edward Robinson, 50, 1015 Bloomfield Lane, was arrested Monday on a federal warrant for a weapon offense.
Jameka Janessa Easton, 19, 1005 Jefferson St., Apt. G, was arrested Monday on city warrants for failure to appear in court.
Nikita D. Nogueda, 18, 1927 N. Kingshighway, Apt. 23, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a child.
Jason E. Presley, 29, 713 N. Spanish St., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of domestic assault.
Delandric B. Webb, 28, 732 N. Middle St., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of domestic assault.
Myra Polston, 49, 3035 Themis St., was arrested on a warrant Tuesday for probation violation.
Tony Harris Jr., 19, 401 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a city warrant for probation violation and on suspicion of assault.
Summons
Brett Michael Cardin, 17, 1451 Rose St., was issued a summons Monday for stealing.
Thefts
A CD player and subwoofer speaker were reported stolen Monday from 2309 Lombardo St.
Checks were reported stolen Monday from 1827 Bloomfield Road.Property Damage
A door was reported damaged Monday at 1927 N. Kingshighway.
A vehicle window was reported broken Tuesday at 403 Fitzgerald Drive.
Miscellaneous A 16-year-old male juvenile was cited into juvenile court Monday for being beyond parental control.
A Missouri license plate 485 PL6 was reported lost Tuesday at 725 S. Ranney Ave.
A bicycle was reported found at 2907 Boutin St.
