The following items have been released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI James Anton West, 23, 319 West End Blvd., was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving under revocation.

Arrests Dandre Lee McClellon, 25, 418 Themis, Apt. 5, was arrested Monday on suspicion of a traffic violation.

Jacob Wayne Braswell, 27, 400 Delmar, Fredericktown, Mo., was arrested Monday on a city warrant for failure to appear for driving under suspension.

George William Reutzel, 47, 712 S. West End Blvd., was arrested Monday on suspicion of assault.

Pamela S. Swafford, 45, 1514 Rand St., was arrested Tuesday on a warrant from Owen County, Ind., for failure to appear for dealing in methamphetamine and dealing in a controlled substance.

Summons

Marcus Antoine Rice, 17, 1038 N. Mount Auburn Road, was issued a summons Monday for fleeing lawful detention.

Thefts

Missouri license plates, 312 RLG, were reported stolen Monday from 124 S. Lorimier St.

A purse and its contents were reported stolen Monday from 1014 Oak Ridge Court.

Cash was reported stolen Monday from 909 Hackberry St.

A cell phone was reported stolen Monday from 3039 William St.

A credit card was reported stolen Monday from 311 N. West End Blvd.

Cash was reported taken Monday from second- and third-floor rooms at Towers North.Property Damage

A window was reported broken Tuesday at 710 N. Missouri Ave.

Miscellaneous Two juveniles, age 14 and 15, were cited into juvenile court for curfew violation.
