DWIDavid Scott Barnett, 24, Jonesboro, Ill., was arrested Thursday for driving while intoxicated, suspended license and no license plate.

ArrestsJustin Wesley Kennedy, 20, Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested Wednesday for possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine.

John Kevin Kennedy, 45, Sedgewickville, Mo., was arrested Wednesday for possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine.

Gwendolyn Lee Kelley, 44, 1400 S. West End Blvd., was arrested Wednesday for domestic assault.
