Arrests Joey Duran Weaver, 19, of 2545 Hilltop, was arrested Saturday on a Missouri state warrant for probation violation.

A male, 17, was taken into protective custody Sunday at 3020 Boutin.

A male, 36, was taken into protective custody Sunday at 612 Emerald St.

Summons Elfego Anthony Peralta, 40, of Bella Vista, Jackson, received a summons Sunday for failure to yield right of way and driving while intoxicated.

Keitric Datron Carter, 20, no address listed, received a summons Sunday for possession of marijuana under 35 grams.

Meegan E. Luttrell, no age given, 421 Sheridan 7G, Cape Girardeau, and Kyle Richard Schweiss, no age given, 13869 Schweiss Drive, Ste. Genevieve, Mo., received a summons for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

Assaults Assault was reported Saturday at 1751 Independence.

Domestic assault was reported Sunday at the 200 block of North Lorimier.

First-degree assault and armed criminal action were reported at Hanover and Jefferson.

Second-degree assault was reported Sunday at 1721 Cape Meadows. Gene Tyrone Wren, 24, and Michael Clarence Adams, 23, were arrested in connection with the complaint.

Domestic assaults were reported Friday at the 600 block of South Middle Street and the 1400 block of William Street.

An assault was reported Friday at the 1500 block of Clark.

A domestic assault and an assault on a police officer were reported Saturday at the 1400 block of William Street.

Thefts A bicycle was reported stolen Saturday at 1915 Grandview.

Stealing under $500 was reported Sunday at 2109 William. The suspect's vehicle is a teal 1994 Chevrolet Camaro, with Missouri license plates 455-WCG.

Claire's reported jewelry taken Friday at 173 West Park Mall. A 15-year-old female was referred to juvenile court.

Trespassing was reported Sunday at 3114 Aspen. A juvenile was cited in connection with the complaint.

Forgery was reported Friday by U-Kwick Stop at 1700 Broadway.

Stolen propearty was reported recovered Saturday at 1460 Rose St. Stevie J. Parker, 28, of 214 N. Louisiana, was arrested in connection with the report.
