DWIs A subject was taken into custody Sunday at Independence and Main for driving while intoxicated.
Laura M. Duff, 22, 315 Third, Allenton, Mo., received a summons Sunday for failure to yield and driving while intoxicated.
Arrests Adam Christian Norris, 33, 1721 Cape Meadows, Apt. 16, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court and failure to pay fines.
A subject was taken into custody Saturday at Sprigg and Emerald for driving while suspended, expired license plates and no insurance.
Devon Chad Valenti, no age given, 1915 Grandview, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a St. Charles County warrant for child neglect.
Summonses
Christen T. Island, 21, 1710 N. Sprigg, Apt. 511, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Sunday for maintaining a disorderly house.
Trea Jordan Hanna, 21, 592 Old Highway, Carbondale, Ill., received a summons Sunday for possession of a controlled substance and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
Thomas Matthew Mennemeier, no age given, 211 N. Park, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Sunday for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
Assault
Second-degree vehicular assault, failure to yield, no operators license and no seatbelt were reported Sunday at Sprigg and Bellevue. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.
Thefts
Famous Barr reported Saturday clothing taken at 100 West Park Mall. A juvenile was referred to court in connection with the complaint.
Schnucks reported Saturday an electric toothbrush and DVD taken at 19 S. Kingshighway.
A wallet was reported stolen Saturday at 3439 William.
Stealing was reported Sunday at 3439 William.
Cigarettes were reported stolen Sunday at 2323 Jean Ann.Burglary
A burglary was reported Sunday at the 1000 block of Hickory. A DVD player, PlayStation and games were reported taken.
Miscellaneous Unlawful use of a weapon was reported Sunday at Kingshighway and South Sprigg.
A case with glasses was reported found Sunday at Doctors' Park.
