The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Darnell S. Young, 39, of 412 Koch, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a New Madrid County warrant for driving under the influence of an intoxicant.
Jerry L. McFadden, 51, of 1520 Old Cape Road, Apt. A, Jackson, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Summonses Kanvely J. Nicholson, 30, of 918 College, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Monday for delivery of contraband articles to the jail.
Ledonn A. Smith, 22, of 2841 Themis, Apt. 1, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for a noise violation.
Anita Maupin, 35, of 1843 Recardo, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for telephone harassment.
Santos F. Sosa, 21, of 105 N. Clark, Apt. 307, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Tuesday for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Thefts Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Amoco D-Mart at 3276 William.
A dog was reported stolen Monday at 122 S. West End Blvd.
Checks were reported stolen and forged Monday at 2842 Whitener.
Gasoline was reported stolen Monday by Shell D-Mart at 3415 William.
A camera was reported stolen Tuesday at 889 N. Kingshighway.
A stereo, cell phone, CDs and a blanket were reported stolen Tuesday at 1562 Saratoga.
A stereo was reported stolen Tuesday at 1582 Saratoga. Property damage was also reported.
A vehicle dashboard was reported damaged and a stereo stolen Tuesday at 2525 Jonquil.
A window was reported broken and a stereo, CDs and a duffle bag stolen Tuesday at 2522 Melrose.
A vehicle was reported damaged and CDs and cassette tapes stolen Tuesday at 2424 Albert Rasche.
A radar and laser detector was reported stolen Tuesday at 105 N. Clark.
Property Damage
A vehicle was reported damaged Monday at 105 S. Spanish. Dustin P. McDowell, 19, of 3218 Chateau Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of property damage in connection with the complaint.
A door was reported damaged Tuesday by U-Kwick Stop at 1700 Broadway.
Miscellaneous
A dog bite was reported Monday at Locust and South Pacific.
