A 16-year-old male was cited into juvenile court for property damage at 1520 Kingsbury, 701 Normal, 2318 Earleen and 2587 Fairlane.

ArrestChristopher E. Locklear of 1936 Alpine Drive, was arrested Friday on a Cooper County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear in court.

Stephen G. Todd, 32, of 1207 E. Main St., Apt. 57, was arrested Friday on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear in court.

Travis S. Turner, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Saturday on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of property damage.
