DWIMark Aaron Ziegler, 23, Benton, Mo., was arrested Sunday for driving while intoxicated.

Brandon Langford Turner, 17, 36 N. Henderson, was arrested Sunday for driving while intoxicated, minor in possession of alcohol and traffic violations.

Dennis Wayne Lipps, 37, 3115 Timmar Lane, was arrested Monday for driving while revoked and expired registration.

ArrestsRickie Lotez Brown, 22, rear of 517 S. Ellis, was arrested Sunday for stealing.

Jeremy Keith Hammack, 29, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested Sunday for fraudulent use of a credit device.

SummonsSteven Paul Martin-King, 18, 234 S. Ellis, was issued a summons Monday for property damage.

TheftPrescription medication was reported stolen Sunday at 1306 W. Cape Rock.

Clothing was reported stolen Sunday at Wal-Mart, 3439 William.

A letter was reported stolen Sunday at 1927 Kingshighway.

Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday at Rhodes 101, 2109 William.

Property DamageA door and window were reported damaged Monday at 234 S. Ellis. A suspect is in custody pending formal charges.

MiscellaneousA 16-year-old male was cited into juvenile court Sunday for forgery.

A 14-year-old was taken into protective custody Monday.
