The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Timothy L Tucker, 42, of Scott City was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for probation violation.

John David Sterling, 38, 1127 S. Ellis, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

Timothy Andrew Lanning, age unavailable, of Whitewater was arrested Wednesday at Wal-Mart on suspicion of stealing CDs.

Erin Luetkenhaus, 20, of St. Peters, Mo., was arrested Wednesday for failure to appear in court on a charge of writing bad checks.

Sean Baldwin, 20, 203 Hillvale, was arrested Wednesday on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear in court.

Geomarrio Henderson, 22, 46 S. Henderson, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Brandon Polk, 22, 227 S. Lorimier, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

DWI Denny Owens, 68, 2547 Lisa, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Theft Cell phones were reported stolen Wednesday on the 700 block of South Pacific and 823 S. Kingshighway.

Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Wednesday at 1543 Bunker Hill.

Gas was reported stolen Wednesday from the BP, 3276 William.

Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported $335 in cash stolen Thursday.

A deer stand was reported stolen Thursday at 1714 Anna.

Property damage A door was reported damaged Wednesday at 1721 Cape Meadow Circle.

Assault An assault was reported Wednesday at 211 S. Hanover.
