DWIs
* Patrick Forrest Jernigan, 18, of 2043 Beth Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Robert Ryan Griggs, no age given, of 513 Washington Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Arleen M. Kneezle, 55, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of failure to maintain a single lane and improper registration.
* Cory A. Berry, 26, of 157 Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Christopher Michael Slinkard, 28, of 1113 N. Fountain St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine.
* Tyrone Garner, 43, of 517 S. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Assault
* An assault was reported at 2814 Whitener St. Gregory Michael Hornton, 25, of 2814 Whitener St., Apt. 3, was arrested in connection with the complaint.
* A female was cited into juvenile court for assault.
* Domestic assault and resisting arrest was reported. A subject was taken into protective custody, pending filing of formal charges.
Thefts
* Day Transfer, 2094 Southern Expressway, reported gasoline stolen.
* A 1997 burgundy Ford Expedition was reported stolen at 227 S. Spanish St.
* Amerimart No. 5, 865 N. Kingshighway Drive, reported gasoline stolen.
* Checks were reported stolen at 1319 N. Mount Auburn Road.
* Smokers Outlet, 2116 William St., reported cigars and cigarettes stolen.
Burglaries
* Burglary was reported and weed trimmers stolen at 605 Napa Circle.
Miscellaneous
* A 16-year-old female was reported as a juvenile runaway.
* Stolen property was recovered at 535 Broadway St. Gregory Ryan Adams, 19, of Ironton, Mo., was arrested in connection with the recovery.
* A maroon and cream bicycle was reported found at Independence Street and Keller Avenue.
* A wallet was reported found in the Cape Girardeau area.
* A 76-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
* A 16-year-old boy was reported as a juvenile runaway.
* A 1997 green Pontiac Sunfire was towed at 711 Terrace Drive.

Summonses
* Cortney A. Tanner, 28, of 3209 Old Cape Road, Jackson, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Devin M. Biri, 17, of 3347 County Road 324, Jackson, received a summons for minor in possession of tobacco product
