Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Joseph W. Myers Jr., of unknown age, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

* Emily C. Kellams, 24, of Portageville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

* Gwendolyn G. Ward, 43, of 1211 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for fraud/bad checks.

* Jonathan K. Lewis V, 17, of 608 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing and failure to appear for suspended operators license.

Thefts

* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

* A robbery and theft of cash were reported at 739 Themis St.

Burglary

Property damage

* Heuer and Son's Implement, 533 Morgan Oak St., reported broken windows.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a debit device was reported at 1925 Broadway.

Assault

* An assault and unlawful use of a weapon were reported. A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
