* Gwendolyn G. Ward, 43, of 1211 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for fraud/bad checks.
* Jonathan K. Lewis V, 17, of 608 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing and failure to appear for suspended operators license.
