DWIs
* A subject was taken into custody pending charges of driving while intoxicated.
* John Paul Burke, 31, of Piedmont, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Jamie Dale DeCourley, 25, address not given, was arrested on a Dunklin County warrant for assault and tresspassing.
* Dustin Lynn Sitzes, 29, of 200 Estate Drive, Apt. 166, was arrested on Scott County and St. Charles County warrants for possession of a controlled substance.
* Cynthia Denise McClinton, 32, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for contempt of court.
* Natasha LaFay Thomas, 27, of 302 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
* Gregory Ryan Adams, 23, of Ironton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
* A subject was taken into custody pending charges of domestic assault.
* A subject was taken into custody pending charges of failure to return to confinement.
Summonses
* William Rosco Newbern III, 33, of 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 208, and Sharon Faye Lester, 31, of 706 S. Ellis St., received summonses for peace disturbance.
* Erica Dawn Robertson, 22, of 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 106, received a summons for assault.
* Annie L. Geiger of 536 S. Middle St., received a summons for no proof of insurance.
* Elmer J. Cook of 234 Amity St., Benton, Mo., received a summons for failure to yield.
Thefts
* A purple bicycle was reported stolen at 1405 William St.
* Gasoline was reported stolen at 204 Hillview St.
* Checks were reported stolen at 609 Jefferson Ave.
Miscellaneous
* A green bicycle was reported found at 15 N. Park Ave.
* Forgery of checks was reported at 823 Clark Ave.

* Carl R. Cartwright, 33, of 336 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for driving while intoxicated, driving while suspended and resisting arrest.
* Justin D. Jarvis, 24, of 914 Old Cape Road, Jackson, was arrested on a Scott County warrant.
Summonses
* Raymond W. Smith, 20, of 1616 County Road 607, received a summons for careless and imprudent driving.
* Jeromie L. Rainey, 27, of 807 N. Sprigg St., received a summons for operating a motorcycle without a valid license.
