Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Terrelle T. Hulbert, 25, of 615 Sycamore Circle, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* William L. Guild, 19, of 406 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and no operator's license.

Arrests

* Mary H. Waters, 35, of 1959 Big Bend Road, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.

* Angela M. Melton, 26, of 424 Sheridan Drive, was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts.

Summons

* Adrian J. Miller, 28, of 1323 N. Spanish St., received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.

Assault

* An assault was reported. Alexander S. Harris, 147, of 1204 Bloomfield St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

Thefts

* Jewelry was reported stolen at 227 West Park Mall.

* Southwestern Bell, 2200 Themis St., reported the theft of copper wire and a damaged chain and lock.

* An mp3 player and checkbook were reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 3038 Westfield Drive.

Burglary

* A burglary, property damage and theft were reported at 1800 Cape La Croix Road. Kyle W. Madden, 17, of 535 Asher St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

Property damage

* A mailbox and post was reported damaged at 2006 Evergreen Circle.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen in the 900 block of West Main Street, in the 400 block of South Hope Street, in the 2300 block of North High Street and in the 2000 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

* Two thefts of money were reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

* A motor vehicle was reported stolen in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 800 block of Cecile Drive, on North High Street, in the 2700 block of East Jackson Boulevard, in the 2300 block of East Jackson Boulevard, in the 2000 block of West Jackson Boulevard and in the 100 block of East Park Street.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Telephone harassment was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Verbal harassment was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* Trespassing was reported in the 1800 block of Woodland Drive, in the 700 block of West Washington Street and in the 1600 block of Woodland Drive.

Southeast Missouri State University

The following items were released by the Southeast Department of Public Safety.

Thefts

* Currency was reported stolen at Towers North.

* A camera and case were reported stolen at Towers South.
