Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Richard V. Davis-Boren, 22, of 239 N. Middle St., Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Arrest

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway Drive, reported alcohol stolen. Martin R. McCuistion II, 20, of 1000 Towers Circle North 911, Amber M. Moyers, 20, of 2700 Pioneer Drive, Apt. 185, and Christopher A. Cummings, 17, of 2830 Whitener St., Apt. 4, were arrested in connection with the complaint.

Summons

* Daniel W. Bailey, 34, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for harassment.

Thefts

* A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 338 N. Pacific St.

* A snake and glass tank were reported stolen at 1105 Harmony St.

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported consumable goods, a phone, knife and jewelry stolen. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.

Property damage

* A vehicle door lock was reported damaged at 340 S. Broadview St.

Miscellaneous

* A 36-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 1991 white Pontiac was towed in the 1200 block of College Street.

* A 22-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Gary W. Fuller, 22, of 122 S. Bellevue St., Apt. 5, Jackson, was arrested on a Dunklin County warrant.

Summonses

* Angela M. Arnold, 30, of 1400 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.

* Christina Y. Edwards, 33, of 1157 Clark St., Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

* Andrea L. Garner, 26, of 628 N. Lacey St., Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Assaults

* Assault was reported in the 200 block of North West Lane.

* Assault was reported in the 1400 block of Orchard Road.

* Assault was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

Thefts

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of North High Street.

* Theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property Damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

* Vandalism was reported in the 700 block of North Farmington Road.

* Property damage was reported in the 400 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Property damage was reported in the 900 block of Old Cape Road.

* Stalking was reported on West Jackson Boulevard.

* Fraud was reported in the East Jackson Boulevard.

* Property was reported found in the 200 block of East Main Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 500 block of South Hope Street.

* Telephone harassment was reported in the 200 block of Bellevue Street.

* Harassment as reported in the 3200 block of Old Cape Road.

* Telephone harassment was reported in the 600 block of Spring View Drive.

* A juvenile was reported as a runaway in the 1100 block of Clark Street.

* Property was reported found on North Union Avenue.

* Property was reported found in teh 300 block of South Missouri Street.

* A person was reported missing in the 500 block of Colorado Street.

* A prowler was reported in the 2900 block of Old Cape Road.
