DWIs

* Isaac Canada, 33, of 14484 State Highway 177, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance.

Arrests

* Holly Katherine Hency, 26, of 1918 Sherwood Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for endangering the welfare of a child.

* Seville Bell, 19, of 39 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* Kristian Dale Henderson, 20, of 212 S. Lorimier St. Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for stop sign violation, child restraint, no operator's license, false declaration and stealing.

* Tommy Levar Wells, 27, of 417 Marroseann Drive Apt. 16, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Steven Dale Nelson, 49, of 1327 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation.

* Christopher Alan Messmer, 19, of 2879 County Road 607, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to use turn signal and failure to use seat belt.

* Joshua Adam Abernathy, 17, of Ironton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for prohibited acts noise disturbance.

* Willie Clarence Shannon, 24, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for burglary, property damage and domestic assault.

* Frank Woodrow Ward, 38, of 215 S. Spanish St., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for probation violation.

Assaults

* Assault was reported at 39 S. Sprigg St. Sedan Deville Bell, 17, of 39 S. Sprigg St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Domestic assault and property damage was reported at 1701 Lacey St. Michael Anthony Tripplett, 19, of 604 Jefferson Ave., Apt. 2, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Attempted felonious restraint and assault were reported.

* Felonious restraint and domestic assault was reported.

Burglaries

* Burglary was reported and a front entry-door facing damaged at 1863 Big Bend Drive.

Thefts

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported stealing. Andrew Scott Gray, 18, of 350 N. Henderson Ave., Apt. 535, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

Property Damage

* A vehicle trunk was reported damaged at Highway 74 and Sprigg Street.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 88 S. Park Ave.

Miscellaneous

* A 44-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Pop's Pizza reported fraudulent use of a credit device.

* A Missouri license plate was reported lost at 1545 Valley Forge Lane.

* A 15-year-old male runaway was cited into juvenile court.

* A teal 1993 Ford was towed on Interstate 55 at mile marker 96.

* Peace disturbance was reported at 44 N. Lorimier St.

* Devin M. Biri, 17, of 3347 County Road 324, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

Summonses

* Jeff W. Overbey, 25, of 708 Rosamond, Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to stop for a red light.

Burglary

* Burglary was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

Property Damage

* Property damage was reported in the 600 block of Old Cape Road.

Miscellaneous

* Tampering was reported in the 1000 block of Aaron Drive.

* Trespassing was reported in the 600 block of Broadridge Drive.
