* Danita Fay Crigger, 38, of 617 N. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

* Jeremiah Reddin, 18, of 320 Good Hope St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear and failure to appear for stealing.

* Lora Anne Woodson, 38, of 710 Morgan Oak St. Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for false declaration.

Assault

* Assault was reported and Alex Moses Hamilton, 28, of 203 Franks Lane, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A 13-year-old male juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* Two subjects were taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges for domestic assault and assault.

* A 16-year-old male juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges for domestic assault and property damage.

Burglary

* Burglary of apartments was reported at 639 S. Spring Ave.

Thefts

* Money was reported stolen at 2346 Broadway St.

* A cell phone was reported stolen in the 400 block of Jefferson Ave.

* A 1988 Maroon 4-door Chevrolet was reported stolen at 100 West Park Mall.

Property Damage

* Kiefner Brother Inc. General Contractors, 211 St. Francis Drive, reported windows and door broken and siding damaged.

* A 43-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges for false declaration.

* A 36-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
