DWI

* Jim Dewayne Dudley, 53, of Millersville, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, resulting in a motor vehicle accident.

Arrests

* Lorenzo Dwayne Braxton, 20, of 3103 Laurel Lane, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine.

* Michael Cain Lambert, 26, of 521 Asher St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle without a license and speeding.

* Anthony D. Franks, 22, of Marion, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no operators license.

* Jackee M. Nicholson, 36, of 100 S. West End Blvd. was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Jerome L. Bridges, 19, of 1103 S. Sprigg St. was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for false declaration.

Thefts

* A bank card was reported stolen at 12 N. Pindwood Lane.

* A wallet and contents were reported stolen at 1432 Themis St.

* Save-A-Lot, William and Sprigg streets, reported stealing. Taqucithea Germaine Moore, 19, of 22 N. Park Ave. Apt. A, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A wallet and contents were reported stolen at 1 S. Sprigg St.

* CDs were reported stolen at 1710 Woodlawn Ave.

* An amplifier and subwoofers were reported stolen at 2027 Woodlawn Ave.

* An air compressor and roofing nailer were reported stolen at 1856 Ferndale Drive.

* River Eagle Distributing, 1149 Mason St., reported alcohol stolen.

Miscellaneous

* A 14-year-old juvenile was reported as a runaway in the 400 block of South Ellis Street.

* Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway Drive, reported forgery.

* A motorcycle was reported taken at 1101 William St.

* A dog bite was reported at 1610 N. Kingshighway Drive.

* A 47-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A 15-year-old boy, 16-year-old boy, and 16-year-old girl were referred to juvenile authorities for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

Summonses

* Jacob D. Pryor, 29, of Advance, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Theft

* Shoes were reported stolen in the 1600 block of West Independence Street.

* A CD player was reported stolen from a motor vehicle in the 100 block of West Madison Street.

* Murphy Oil, 3039 E. Jackson Blvd, reported gasoline stolen.

* A hunting bow was reported stolen in the 1100 block of Corinne Street.

Miscellaneous

* A loud vehicle was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* A loud noise was reported in teh 300 block of South Ohio Street.

* Loud music was reported in the 700 block of Goodson Drive.

* Telephone and e-mail harassment were reported in the 300 block of North High Street.

* A cell phone was reported lost in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.

* A prescription was reported found in the 100 block of Court Street.

* Unlicensed ATVs were reported driven on Brittany Drive.
