Arrests
* Tony Lee Frymire, 45, of 601 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
* Felipe Velasco Santiago, 31, of 1015 Harmony St,. Apt. 3, was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for driving while intoxicated and making a false declaration.
* Linda Christine Harris, 49, of 401 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for probation violation and on a Cape Girardeau warrant.
* Gregory L. Nicholson, 34, of 100 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Brandon C. Wadlow, 27, of 391 Rolling Hills Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and unlawful possession of a weapon.
* David King Pierce, 39, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of theft at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
Summonses
* Thomas Stephen Eftink of 932 Rodney Vista Blvd., received a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
* Wendi Nichole McLeary of 606 S. Silver Springs Road, Lot 6, received a summons for no proof of insurance and no valid operator's license.
* Kyle R. Greenly of 3822 Stonebridge Drive, received a summons for driving while suspended.
* Chad D. Pulley of 1707 Ridge Road, Jackson, received a summons for no proof of insurance.
* Nancy E. Joiner of Burfordville received a summons for following too closely in a vehicle.
Assaults
* Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary
* Cash and checks were reported stolen in a burglary at 115 N. Fountain St.
Thefts
* A wallet was reported stolen at 2544 Saddlegate Court.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 807 N. Sprigg St.
* A television and DVD player were reported stolen at 164 Siemers Drive.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 310 N. Louisiana Ave.
* An amplifier was reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.
Property damage
* A vehicle door was reported damaged at 2319 Palomino Drive.
* A gas cap was reported damaged at 20 S. Sprigg St.
Micellaneous
* Interference with custody was reported.
Jackson

Summons
* Robert G. Ressel, 47, of Oran, Mo., received a summons for improper parking.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported on South Farmington Road.
