Cape Girardeau
The following items were released Wednesday by the Cape Girardeau Police department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Edwina C. Bible, 44, 805 N. Park St., was arrested on suspicion of making a false declaration.
Larry T. Johnston, 58, Box 32, Thebes, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of having no front license plate, no insurance, no seat belt, driving under revocation and displaying the plates of another vehicle.
Joel D. Bland, 1107 Hidden Valley Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving under suspension, no seat belt, and having an unlicensed vehicle, and on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
William E. Miller Jr., no age given, 825 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to comply.
Clarence E. Matthews, 47, 3001 Mimosa St., Apt. 3 , was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
Dawn Leann Fitzpatrick, 29, 5525 Cape Meadow Circle, was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear for a parking ticket.
Charles L. Snyder, 19, 819 Dorothy Drive, was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for probation revocation for stealing.
Summonses William E. Miller Jr., no age given, 825 N. Spanish St., was issued a summons for following too closely in connection with an accident at Interstate 55 and Highway 74.
Matthew D. Dodd, no age given, 2850 Whitener, Apt. A3, was issued a summons for failure to wear a seat belt following an accident at U.S. 61 and Independence Street.
Clarence E. Matthews, 47, 3001 Mimosa, Apt. 3, was issued a summons for failure to secure a parked vehicle and failure to show proof of insurance.
Thefts Jewelry and a bicycle were reported stolen from 413 S. Ellis St.
Sunglasses and a checkbook were reported stolen from 1718 Good Hope St.
A digital camera and memory disc were reported stolen from 1905 Bloomfield Road.
A pit bull dog was reported stolen from 1024 William St.
A vehicle registration tag was reported stolen from 1918 N. Kingshighway.
Cases of beer were reported stolen from Bluff City Beer Co., 100 block of Independence Street.
Miscellaneous
A 15-year-old boy was cited into Juvenile Court for being beyond parental control.
A dog bite was reported at 612 Sycamore St.Jackson
