Cape Girardeau

Arrests
* Kelvin K. Bevell, 41, of 317 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
* Jason D. Wise, 31, of 186 Aloe Lane, was arrested on a McCracken County, Ky., warrant for probation violation.
* Bryon D. Gardner, 17, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for walking in the road and on suspicion of false declaration, no operator's license and failure to display lighted lamps.
* Torrance O. Gardner, 22, of 419 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and on suspicion of false declaration.
* Brandi L. Stokes, 27, of 1718 Montgomery St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an illegal weapon.
* David R. Lester, unknown age, of 405 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and child abuse.
* Eric C. Thomas, 19, of 230 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Allison R. Lanpher, 29, of 435 Lorraine Drive, was arrested on a Perry County warrant for failure to return to confinement and on a St. Louis County warrant for driving while intoxicated.
* Jason S. Jones, 26, of 443 Marie St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for fireworks safety.
Summons
* Andrea Patrick, 23, of 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive, received a summons for trespassing.
Thefts
* A cell phone and money were reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
* A theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a switchblade were reported. One person was in custody pending formal charges.
* A robbery was reported.
* An attempted theft was reported. A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.
* A theft and fraudulent use of a credit device were reported. A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
Property damage
* Property damage and trespassing were reported.
Miscellaneous
* A forgery was reported.
Jackson
The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Summonses
* David G. DePriest, of Farmington, Mo., received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to show proof of insurance.

* A theft was reported in the 1000 block of Cathy Drive.
