Cape Girardeau
The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Carl E. Walton Jr., 28, 6753 Robins, St. Louis, was arrested on a St. Charles County warrant for failure to appear for fraudulent use of a credit device, and on a St. Louis County warrant for unlawful use of a weapon.
Logan D. Kirby, 23, 6360 Lima Ave., Homosassa, Fla., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear for driving under suspension, and on a Madison County warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
Edwina Celeste Bible, 44, 805 N. Park St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for bad checks; on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for bad checks, and on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for false declaration, no driver's license and bad checks.
Christian Lashelle Williams, 23, 2850 Whitener St., Apt. B1, was arrested on a city warrant for failure to appear for an unlicensed vehicle.
Summonses Darwin K. Graham, 16, 19 S. Ellis St., Apt. 4, was issued a summons for prohibited noise.
Shaneka Nicole Watkins, 24, 1105 Ranney Ave., was issued a summons for failure to display a city animal license.
Thefts A CD case with assorted CDs and money were reported stolen from 52 N. Pind Wood Lane.
Two boys, age 14 and 15, were cited into juvenile court for stealing.
Missouri license plates, 730 XCH, were reported stolen at 615 Bellevue St.
Property Damage A door was reported damaged at 1424 Williams St.
Miscellaneous A wallet and contents were reported lost.
Tampering was reported at 719 William St.
A white bicycle was found at 710 Morgan Oak St.
Jackson
The following items were released Monday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests David Eldracher, 36, 1894 County Road 371, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Jerry Summers, 27, 216 Matt St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for driving while intoxicated, driving under suspension and speeding.
Summons Max Wilson, 59, 824 Independence St., Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to register and no insurance.
Thefts Thefts were reported in the 200 block of South Union Avenue, in the 200 block of East Jackson Boulevard, the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard, the 1000 block of Highland Drive and on East Jackson Boulevard.
A license plate was reported stolen in the 600 block of North Russell Street.
