Cape Girardeau

The following items were released Monday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* David M. Bass, 39, of 34 East Cape Mobile Home Park in McClure, Ill., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for insufficient funds.

* Daniel P. Houston Gause, 18, of 1633 N. Main St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear and possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

* Lana F. Jackson, 52, of 1512 N. West End Blvd., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash.

* Erma L. Seabaugh, 58, of 33 N. Hanover St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.

Assault

* An assault was reported at 2039 Perryville Road. Rosita Williams, 38, received a summons in connection with the complaint.

Burglary

* A burglary and theft of cash was reported at 313 N. Fountain St.

Thefts

* Southern Bi-State Oil, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Amerimart No. 7, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported gasoline stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* A purse and contents were reported stolen at 127 N. Water St.

Property Damage

* St. Vincent De Paul Parish School, 741 Forest Ave., reported a broken window.

Miscellaneous

* A 1993 Plymouth Voyager was towed from Johnson Street and Big Bend Road.

Arrests

* Leon C. Wilder, 22, of Kelso, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for second-degree assault.

* William W. Moffett, 20, of 1445 Woodland, was arrested on suspicion of possessing marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and child endangerment and a warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

* DVDs, a DVD player and prescription medicine were reported stolen in the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.

* Baby albums were reported stolen in the 200 block of South Ohio Street.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Murphy Oil, 3039 E. Jackson Blvd.

* A theft was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Assaults

* A fight was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

* A fight was reported in the 200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* An assault was reported in the 4000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A change machine was reported damaged in the 100 block of South Hope Street.
