The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Christopher Alan Burrow, 36, of 1651 N. Main St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

Hervin C. Santiago, Memphis, Tenn., was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and traffic violations.

Arrests Andre Westbrook, 33, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested Sunday for making a false declaration and no operator's license.

Rodney Jean Harris, 24, of 660 Timon Way, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday for stealing and possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine.

Terrance Lee Anderson, 27, of 918 College St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday for unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a short barrel shotgun.

Brandi Nicole Newsom, 19, of 9009 Hackberry, Apt. 104, was arrested Monday for assault.

Randall Joseph Hanstein, 22, of 700 W. Fifth St., Scott City, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Eric Ryan Davis, 20, of Patton, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear in court.

Robbery A robbery of $20 was reported early Monday in the 1400 block North Kingshighway.

Burglary A bank bag and contents were reported stolen Monday at First Pentecostal Church, 3054 Lexington.

A burglary was reported between Friday and Sunday at Myers Hall.

Thefts Missouri license plate 059-JHZ was reported stolen Sunday.

Cash and medication were reported stolen early Monday at 528 N. Fountain St.

A Ford yard tractor was reported stolen Monday at World of Honda, 1728 N. Kingshighway.

DWI James R. Litzelfelner, 46, of 851 Greensferry Road, Jackson, was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to display motor vehicle headlamps.

Burglary A burglary was reported Friday in the 3500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Thefts A theft was reported Friday in the 800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

A theft was reported Saturday in the 600 block of Parkview Street.

A theft was reported Monday in the 400 block of East Lane.

Miscellaneous A report of a violation of a court order was received Saturday in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.

Property damage Damage was reported Friday in the 1400 block of Parkwood Circle.

Damage was reported Sunday in the 700 block of Rosamund Street.

Damage was reported Sunday in the 800 block of Corinne Street.

Damage was reported Monday in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
