* Marcus George Locke, 32, 807 William, Apt. 3R, was arrested on Cooper County and Madison County, Ill., warrants for failure to appear.
* Richard L. Howard, 51, 1230 North St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of ex parte violation.
* Jennifer H. Hernandez, 42, 1405 S. Farmington Road., No. 8, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of stealing fish food from Petco, 266 Siemers Drive.
* Lashanda R. Long, 21, 137 S. Spanish St., No. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
* A 9-year-old male was cited into juvenile court for assault.
* Victor L. Hogan, 22, 1101 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated.
* Alex B. Voerg, 17, 450 Deer Creek Lane, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Hailey L. Fuller, 17, 347 Windwood Lake, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Curtis D. Gilmore, 17, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Allen R. McDonald, 41, of Semmes, Ala., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation and a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.

* Valerie L. Newbolds, 233 N. Ellis St., No. 2, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a flashing red light.

* Mail was reported stolen at Shawnee Electric, 774 Enterprise St.
* Gasoline was reported stolen at Amerimart, 865 N. Kingshighway.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 205 Caruthers Ave.
* Gasoline was reported stolen at Southern Bi-State, 612 S. Sprigg St.
* Cash and DVDs were reported stolen at 36 N. Pindwood Lane.
Property damage
* A tire was reported damaged at 234 Broadway.
* Property damage, trespassing and phone harassment was reported at El Torero, 2110 William St.
* A tire was reported damaged at 422 S. West End Blvd.
* Property damage and trespassing were reported at 1549 Lexington Ave.
* Tires were reported damaged at 3025 Mimosa St.

* Check forgery was reported on Kingshighway.
* Tampering was reported at 11 S. Kingshighway.
* Intent to defraud in trade or commerce was reported.
* Failure to return rental property was reported at Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway.
* Unlawful use of a weapon and impersonation of a police officer were reported.
* An electric scooter was reported found at 410 S. Hanover St.
* Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.

* Connie S. Lang, 43, 1413 N. Farmington Road, No. 16, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* John W. Clark, 40, 957 W. Independence St., Lot 15, Jackson, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving and a summons for property damage and peace disturbance.
* Kevin L. Moore, 16, 233 County Road 341, Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to maintain insurance.
* Christopher A. Messmer, 19, 2879 County Road 607, Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a posted sign.
* Dustin V. Smithey, 19, of Oak Ridge, was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving.
