Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau police department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Zackary R. Stewart, 19, Towers Circle, was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

* Cathy Pinsanor, 33, 1521 Marcella No. 2A, Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for fraudulently stopping payment of an instrument over $500.

* Richard R. Robinson, 39, 1102 Landgraf, was arrested on a Cape County warrant for parole violation.

* Manuel T. Ware, 25, 805 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving on a suspended operators license and no insurance.

* Richard L. Jenkins, 19, of 224 N. Park, was arrested on suspicion of false declaration.

Assaults

* A 10-year-old male was cited in juvenile court for assault.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101 reported gasoline stolen at 10 S. West End Blvd.

* Rhodes 101 reported gasoline stolen at 1624 N. Kingshighway.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 300 Morgan Oak St.

Burglary

* Dairy Queen reported a burglary at 31 S. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

* Endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree was reported. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.

* Possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia was reported. A 14-year-old male was cited in juvenile court.

* A 1987 Pontiac Grand AM was reported abandoned at the 200 block of South Hanover Street.

* Joseph M. Thiele, 18, 704 Highland Dr., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.

* Yvette J. Ferguson, 31, 202 N. West St., Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson Municipal warrant for failure to appear.

* Rebecca Coffel, 37, 865 Jessica St., was arrested on a Jackson municipal warrant for failure to appear.

* Jennifer L. Vinson, 17, 2812 Hilltop Lane, was arrested on a Jackson municipal warrant for failure to appear.

* Chaz R. Krewinghaus, 18, 21 N. Hanover St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Jackson municipal warrant for failure to appear.

* Michelle L. Ford, 32, 312 East Lane No. 4, Jackson, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for passing bad checks.

Summonses

* Kelsey P. Gjerstad, 17, 740 Pecan Lane, received a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

* Darren R. Sturm, 32, 861 Jessica St., received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle annually.

* Thomas M. Nigro, 17, 412 Broadridge, received a summons for failure to stop for a signal.

* Carlton Hays, 20, of 451 Shady Branch, Benton, Mo., received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to affix license plate to motor vehicle.
