The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Nicholas B. Davis, 20, of 2704 Jewel, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Corey Martin, 24, of 110 S. Hanover, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Emmanuel D. Tucker McCuthison, 25, of St. Ann, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Jeremiah M. O'Shea, 28, of 508 Catron, Catron, Mo., was arrested Monday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Monday at 211 St. Francis Drive.

A Sony PlayStation, video games, jewelry and miscellaneous items were reported stolen Monday at 124 N. Henderson.

Wal-Mart reported food stolen Monday at 3439 William. Tyler W. Mattison, 18, of 198 S. Interstate Drive, Sikeston, Mo., and Christopher M. Carlyle, 18, of 104 Ashley, Sikeston, were arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.

A CB radio was reported stolen Tuesday at 1491 Minnesota Ave.

An Alpha Chi Omega sorority composite was reported stolen Monday at Southeast Missouri State University.

Miscellaneous Forgery was reported Tuesday at 1049 N. Kingshighway, 40 S. Sprigg and 321 Albert.
