* Jaspreet S. Kahlon of St. Peters, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* James O. Wells, 41, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Zachary K. Mertens, 19, no address given, was arrested on suspicion of driving while impaired.
Arrests
* John J. Below, 35, of Whitewater was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked and failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Benjamin P. Chellew, 18, of Imperial, Mo., ws arrested on suspicion of misrepresenting his age.
* Jessica R. Hayes, 22, of 415 Albert St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.
* Demetrius L. Mays, 23, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to appear for a peace disturbance and failure to appear in court.
* Shauna M. Neese, 24, of 422 Bellevue St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for prohibited acts, noise disturbance.
* Derek Kennedy, 24, of 331 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of a probation/parole violation.
Thefts
* A purse and contents were reported stolen at 801 North St.
* A cellular telephone and credit card were reported stolen at 5 Village Drive.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* A theft of a credit device was reported at 520 S. Minnesota Ave.
Property Damage
* A door was reported damaged at 337 N. Park Ave.
Miscellaneous
* Imo's Pizza, 623 Broadway, reported two cases of forgery.
* A purse and contents were found at 123 S. Park Ave.

* Kevin R. Bigger, 23, of 1121 Walnut St., Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, speeding, failing to drive in a single lane and failing to comply with a lawful order.
Arrests
* Andrew G. Cook, 23, of 209 Pindwood Lane, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of possessing marijuana and driving without a valid license.
Property Damage
* Vandalism was reported in City Park.
