The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Philyss R. Jacquez, 47, of 1415 E. Louisiana, Evansville, Ind., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
Arrests William J. Johnson, 18, of 221 S. Spanish, No. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for trespassing.
Donna M. Hale, 42, no address given, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of forgery.
Shannon D. James, 34, of 621 S. Henderson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of trafficking cocaine.
David R. Oliver, 37, of 3110 Meadowlark Lane, Cape Girardeau was arrested Sunday on suspicion of stealing.
Summons Jamie N. Lamburth, 23, of 1115 N. Spanish, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Monday for failure to properly house a vicious dog.
Assaults Tyler D. Clark, 19, of 1000 Towers, No. 712, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of assault.
Timothy L. Basler, 20, of 112 Parkview, Crystal City, Mo., was arrested Monday on suspicion of assault.
Thefts Three Missouri dealer license plates bearing D1876, D8176A and D8176B were reported stolen Sunday at 134 S. Sprigg.
Rhodes 101 at 1610 N. Kingshighway reported gasoline stolen Monday.
A television and a watch were reported stolen Sunday at 916 College.
A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Sunday at the Greek dorm at Southeast Missouri State University.
Property Damage A vehicle door was reported scratched Monday at the 1000 block of Jefferson.
Miscellaneous Failure to return rental property was reported Monday by Rent-One at 610 S. Kingshighway.
Forgery was reported Monday by U-Kwick Stop at 1700 Broadway.

Miscellaneous A domestic dispute was reported Sunday at the 1200 block of North Hope.
A domestic dispute was reported Saturday at North Hope.
Animal abuse was reported Sunday in the 3100 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Animal abuse was reported Saturday in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
Harassment was reported Sunday in the 1000 block of Kent.
A peace disturbance was reported Sunday on North Hope.

Theft was reported Saturday in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
