The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Two juvenile boys, one age 15 and one age 16, were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.

* Misty J. Batterton, 21, of 105 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Kenneth J. Cissell, 31, of 102 N. Park Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to pay fines for operating a car with a suspended license.

Summonses

* Dale S. West, 40, of 337 N. Park Ave. received a summons for assault.

Thefts

* Medication and money was reported stolen at 102 N. Park Ave.

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Furniture was reported stolen at 108 N. Park Ave.

* A CD player and speakers were reported stolen at 523 N. Fountain St.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

Property Damage

* Cape La Croix Apts., 630 S. Sprigg St., reported damage to a chair and a bench.

Miscellaneous

* A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court as a runaway.

* A license plate was reported lost in the Cape Girardeau area.

Jackson

The following items were released Tuesday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Travis M. Craft, 17, of 229 S. Bast St., was arrested on a Madison County warrant for failure to appear.

Property Damage

* Vandalism was reported in the 1200 block of Kimbeland Drive.

* Vandalism was reported in the 1500 block of Donna Lynn Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A child custody dispute was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 300 block of East Lane.

Southeast Missouri State University

The following item was released Tuesday by the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

* Charles C. Pruitt Jr., 19, of Berkeley, Mo., received a summons for possession of a controlled substance.
