The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Derick J. Tripp, 24, of 636 St. Matthews Road, Swansea, S.C., was arrested Thursday on two Cape Girardeau warrants for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests Deandre M. Turner, 18, of 1327 N. 13th St., East St. Louis, Ill., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and no operator's license.

Reginald S. Foote, 23, of 628 Sycamore, Apt. B, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court and failure to appear.

Jackson C. Davis, 23, of 2749 Hawthorne, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Danny D. Long was arrested Wednesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and a Malden warrant for failure to appear.

Yusef K. Paige, 31, of 2177 Delta, Colorado Springs, Colo., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of marijuana and speeding.

Thefts A hammer and drill were reported stolen Wednesday by Tipton Linen and Uniform Service at 1415 Independence.

A checkbook was reported stolen Wednesday at 1607 Good Hope.

A wallet and its contents were reported stolen Wednesday at 11 S. Spanish.

Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by Don's Store 24 at 341 S. Sprigg.

Pizzas and sodas were reported stolen Thursday by Pizza Hut at 215 S. Kingshighway.

A pressure washer and tires were reported stolen Thursday at 2831 Whitener, No. 2.

A door placard was reported stolen Wednesday at Southeast Missouri State University in Crisp Hall.

Property Damage A vehicle was reported damaged Wednesday at 823 Themis.

Two vehicles were reported damaged Thursday at the 800 block of Broadway.

A patio table and plants were reported damaged Thursday at 1102 Independence. Christopher W. Ivey, 21, of 601 North, Cape Girardeau, received a summons for property damage and trespassing in connection with the complaint.

A window was reported broken Thursday at 1122 S. Ellis.

A garage door was reported damaged Thursday at 4 N. Henderson.

A vehicle window was reported damaged Thursday at 211 N. Park.

Miscellaneous Forgery was reported Thursday at 1049 N. Kingshighway.

A gun and holster were found Thursday at Cape Rock Park.

Miscellaneous Theft was reported Thursday at the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.

Theft was reported Wednesday on North High Street.

An assault was reported Thursday at the 100 block of South Bellevue Street.
