Arrests

* Cortez D. King, 32, of 1265 Kingsway Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for selling marijuana.

* Robert D. Rodriguez, 19, of 323 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for selling cocaine.

* A 16-year old male was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of curfew violations, weapons violations, littering and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle at North Sprigg Street and Terrace Drive.

* Dillon L. Riggin, 18, of Cape Girardeau County was arrested on a warrant for suspicion of burglary.

* Valerie L. Smith, 34, of Altenberg, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of theft at 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Prahans P. Desai, 30, of 2464 Cheetah Lane was arrested on suspicion of theft at 19 S. Kingshighway.

* Tony L. Frymire, 45, of 45 S. West End Boulevard was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

Thefts

* Gasoline was reported stolen at the D-Mart Convenience Store, 3276 William St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen at the Shell Gas Station, 3415 William St.

* A robbery was reprted at 1015 Harmony St.

* Cape Carpet & Supply Co., 772 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of checks.

Burglary

* The Waterworks Laundry, 501 N. Silver Springs Road, reported cigarettes, a cash register, cash and change stolen.

Property Damage

* A broken door and window were reported at 1140 William St.

* Property damage was reported at 1011 Harmony St.

* Rodrigo Avalos, 33, of 403 E. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, improper lane usage, improper turn and operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

* Craig R. Clark, 34, of St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without headlamps.

* Ray T. Goodson, 23, 509 Blanch St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to display a license plate lamp.

* Wesley R. Wade, 47, 831 Dorothy Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.

* Patti L. Reed, 39, of 223 Morgan St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and leaving the scene of an accident.

* Gerald Harris, 18, of St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a vallid license and failure to show proof of insurance.

* Tyler Clark, 18, of 957 W. Independence St. was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of South Georgia Street.

* Property damage was reported in the 500 block of South Shawnee Boulevard.

* Property damage was reported in the 400 block of Donna Drive.

* Property damage was reported in the 1700 block of Lee Avenue.

* A fireworks violation was reported on Hubble Ford.

* A forgery was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 400 block of North Russell Street.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 1000 block of Kent Street.

* A domestic dispute was reported on North High Street.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 1100 block of Clark Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 4500 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A peace disturbance was reported on Elm Street.
