The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests Michael R. Wyatt, 27, 2412 Sunny Lane, was arrested on suspicion of an ex parte violation.
Marty W. Dudley, 30, 4522 County Road 379, Whitewater, was arrested on two city warrants for no seat belt and speeding.
Lisa G. Angle-Bareiter, 36, 4932 Andrew Jackson St., Apt. A, Imperial, Mo., was arrested on two city warrants for probation violation for allowing a minor to violate curfew.
Rafael Colon, 45, 117 N. Ellis St., Apt. A, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Jeremy Terrell Guyton, 19, 609 Themis St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Rakeia Shanesa Twiggs, 21, 208 S. Middle St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for passing bad checks.
Terrell Marshall Robinson, 25, 5259 Beacon St., St. Louis, was arrested on a St. Louis city warrant for probation violation.
Summonses
Christy I. Franklin, no age given, 2701 Park Ave., Cairo, Ill., was issued a summons for following too close following an accident at Broadway and Perry Avenue.
Ralph H. Hinkebein, no age given, 1448 County Road 206, was issued a summons for following too close at an accident on Route K and Mount Auburn Road.
Wendell Howard Taggett, 40, 808 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons for stealing.
Burglary
The Show Me Laundry, 1225 William St., was reported burglarized.
Thefts
Money and a handgun were reported stolen at 631 Themis St. A 13-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court in connection with the theft.
Cigarettes, cash, a jewelry box and jewelry were reported stolen from 507 Cape Meadows Circle during a burglary there.
A doghouse, pet porter and dog chains were reported stolen from 605 N. Spanish St. Property damage
A vehicle window was reported broken at 97 N. Kingshighway.
A window was reported broken at 646 Penny St.
Miscellaneous A gray and maroon 1989 Chevrolet Blazer was reported abandoned at 547 S. Frederick St.
A controlled substance was found at 320 S. Sprigg St.

DWI Christina Sutton, 50, 4824A State Road V, DeSoto, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of speeding and driving while intoxicated.
Arrest Andy Lamp, 24, 1813 Lulu, Trenton, Mo., was arrested on a Linn County warrant for passing bad checks.
Summonses Angela Jones, 27, 1333 E. Main St., Jackson, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
Nathan Oxley, 21, 249 County Road 601, Jackson, was issued a summons for driving under revocation.
