Cape Girardeau

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Samuel D. Arbuckel, 44, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.

* Jacob L. Faulk, 24, of 312 Lorimier St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.

* Kay E. Pruitt, 31, of 322 S. Spanish St., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.

Summons

* Trent E. Tollison, 22, of 126 Sheridan Drive, received a summons for prohibited acts.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* An assault and burglary were reported. One person was in custody pending formal charges.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported the theft of food.

* Identity theft was reported.

Burglaries

* A burglary was reported. One person was in custody pending formal charges.

* Miracle Supply Co., 101 N. Kingshighway, reported a burglary and the theft of U.S. currency and cameras.

* Taco John's, 111 N. Kingshighway, reported a burglary and broken safe.

Property damage

* A windshield was reported broken at 1608 Themis St.

Miscellaneous

* Capaha Bank, 3168 William St., reported counterfeit cash.

* Lee A. Williams, 42, of 133 S. Park St. in Cape Girardeau, was arrested for property damage.

* Two assaults were reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* An assault was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.

* A sexual assault was reported in the 400 block of Greensferry Road.

Thefts

* Shoplifting was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Gasoline was reported stolen in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Fuel was reported stolen in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A bicycle was reported stolen in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* A laptop was reported stolen in the 100 block of South High Street.

* A theft was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.

* Property damage was reported in the 400 block of East Washington Street.
