The following items were released Thursday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Lori A. Quade, 23, of 1449 Donna Lynne Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Sandra J. Sutton, 41, of 719 William St., was arrested on a Green County warrant for driving with a revoked license.
* Clarence Brown Jr., 19, of 412 Koch St., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation for receiving stolen property.
* Derrick T. Rucker, 24, of 231 Mill St., was arrested on a Bernie, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.
* William C. Foote, 28, of 555 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear for speeding, a seat-belt violation and not having proof of insurance.
* Michael G. Logsdon, 29, of 11 S. Ellis St., was arrested on warrants for failure to appear for no headlights and not wearing a seat belt.
* Michael E. Young, 43, of Jackson, on suspicion of theft of alcohol from Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway.
* Dawn R. Beene, 45, and Warren E. Hodges, 63, both of Tamms, Ill., were arrested on suspicion of theft of glasses from Wal Mart, 3439 William St.
Summonses
* Shawna L. Howell, 19, of 1101 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for failure to maintain a property free of litter.
* Rachel M. Headrick, 33, of 1103 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for failure to maintain a property free of litter.
* David P. Rains, 24, of 1010 Elm St., received a summons for indecent exposure for urinating in public.
* Nakasha W. Fisher, 26, of 3001 Mimosa Drive, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to comply and a Malden, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.
Burglary
* A burglary was reported at 1201 S. Sprigg St. A television/VCR combo set and speakers were reported stolen.
Thefts
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 219 S. Pacific St.
* A bicycle and a scooter were reported stolen jat 1831 College Street.
* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
* Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive, reported clothing was stolen. A 15-year-old was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
* A Motorola cellular telephone and two Walgreen's gift cards were reported stolen at 3126 Laurel Lane.
* Two checkbooks were reported stolen at 1827 Huntington Drive.
Miscellaneous
* A .22-caliber pistol was reported lost at 1214 Independence St.
