Arrests Justin E. King, 21, 8211 Highway 74, Dutchtown, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and manufacture, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to stop at a stop sign, driving without a license, driving with no rear brake lights, and false declaration.
Sammie T. Beason III, 23, 1721 Cape Meadows Drive, Apt. 8, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of sexual misconduct and second-degree domestic assault.
Desmond A. Irvin, 20, 612 Sprigg St., was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
Todd M. Beasley, 32, 310 Cypress Lake Road, Burfordsville, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and trespassing.
Sheila E. Bass, 33, 310 Cypress Lake Road, Burfordsville, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and trespassing.
Donald L. Anderson, no age given, 329 Albert St., was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Sedaka D. Betts, 28, 624 Benton St., was arrested Tuesday on a city warrant for failure to appear for harassment.
Derek Wayne Allbee, 45, 1018 S. Pacific St., was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
Beverly Lynn Prater, 50, 359 S. Central, Wood River, Ill, was arrested Wednesday on a city warrant for failure to appear.
Summons Levi Amron Roberts, no age given, 406 North St., was issued a summons Wednesday for making an improper turn.
Theft A 1996 maroon and silver Chevrolet Blazer, Missouri license 288 WPC, was reported stolen Tuesday from 1938 Delwin.
Cash was reported stolen Tuesday from Enterprise Rent-a-Car, 2008 N. Kingshighway.
A license plate, 733 AYE, was reported stolen Tuesday from Prairie Farms, Inc., 325 N. Spring.
Cash, a padlock and bolt cutters were reported stolen and a widow broken at Family Moving and Storage, 1533 Independence St.
Chair cushions, an umbrella cover and stand were reported stolen Tuesday from 1561 Parksite Drive.
Missouri license plates 430 HG4, oxygen containers and a fire extinguisher were reported stolen and a window broken at Heartland Healthcare, 2121 Broadway.
Medication and CDs were reported stolen Tuesday and windows were broken at 1110 Ellis St.
Gasoline was reported stolen Tuesday from BP Convenience Store, 3276 William.
A tractor side window was broken and a CB radio taken Wednesday from Praxair, 1491 Minnesota St.
Property Damage A vehicle window was reported broken Tuesday in the 600 block of Broadway.
A vehicle window was reported broken Tuesday at 739 Perry St.
Miscellaneous Two 15-year-old male juveniles were cited into juvenile court Tuesday for peace disturbance.
A burglary was reported Tuesday at Meyer Supply, 608 Good Hope St.
Two checks were reported forged Wednesday at Sam's Club, 232 Shirley St.
A red 12-speed bicycle was found Wednesday at 303 S. Pacific St.
