* Dale L. Koehler, 37, of 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, careless and imprudent driving, no insurance and unlicensed vehicle.

* James L. Waugh, 45, of Paducah, Ky., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, speeding, endangering the welfare of a child and driving while suspended.

Arrests

* Angela M. Morris, 31, of Gideon, Mo., was arrested on fraudulent attempt to obtain prescription.

* Jacob L. Faulk, 24, of 312 W. Lorimier St., was arrested for peace disturbance.

* Johnathan L. Thompson II, 22, of 209 N. Pindwood Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for distribution of a controlled substance.

* Michael G. Blaylock, 33, of 821 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear for seat belt.

* Daniel J. Bird, 24, of 605 Amethyst St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and false declaration.

* James L. McCoy, 32, of Salem, Mo., was arrested on five Cape Girardeau city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for failure to appear for expired plates, improper registration, violating steady signal, suspended operators license and stop lights restricted.

* Demetrius B. Rayford, 27, of 1115 Cousin St., was arrested on suspicion of possessino of a controlled substance.

* Kathryn A. Simelton, 44, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* James D. Noland, 45, of 501 S. Middle St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for driving while intoxicated and for failure to appear for assault.

* Joseph M. Livingston, 26, of 560 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau city warrants for failure to appear for speeding and insurance identification card required.

* Kenneth A. Karrenbrock, 27, of Scott City, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau city warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for barriers/temporary signs and striking a legally stopped or parked vehicle.

* Adam R. Ginn, 20, of Scott City, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for probation violation for suspended operators license.

Summonses

* Russell D. Jordan II, 22, of 429 N. Frederick St., received a summons for unlawful discharge of fireworks.

* Michael C. Adams, 25, of 526 Cape Meadows Circle, received summons for peace disturbance.

* Kyle W. Hente, 21, of 1805 Grandview Drive, received a summons for illegal possession of fireworks.

Assaults

* Two domestic assaults were reported.

* Medication was reported stolen at 1602 Amblewood Drive.

* Tires were reported stolen at 501 S. Henderson Ave.

* Steel rims with tires were reported stolen at 115 N. Fountain St.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported the theft of gasoline.

* Money was reported stolen at 3049 William St.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 421 S. Ellis St.

Burglaries

* J&P Sports, 821 Broadway, reported a burglary and theft of money and assorted decks.

* A burglary was reported at 2000 Independence St.

* Ferrell Mobile Homes, 890 S. Kingshighway, reported a burglary and the theft of cash.

Property damage

* A windshield was reported broken at the Interstate 55 and County Road 306 overpass.

* Robert K. Coe, 38, of 905 Eagle Drive, received a summons for exceeding the posted speed limit.

* Jeremy C. Tipton, 21, of Matton, Ill., received a summons for speeding.
