The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Theresa L. Johnson, 30, of 114 McBride, Cairo, Ill., was arrested Monday on suspicion of making a false declaration.

April D. Tuck, 18, of 105 S. Spanish, Apt. 4, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Tuesday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Kenneth D. Smith, 44, of 1204 Knowles St., Blytheville, Ark., was arrested Tuesday on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court.

Billy W. Real, 38, of 1106 E. Rose, Blytheville, Ark., was arrested Tuesday on a Luxora, Ark., warrant for possession of cocaine and fleeing.

Assaults A 13-year-old female was cited to juvenile court for assault and armed criminal action.

A person was placed in custody Tuesday pending the filing of formal charges for domestic assault and burglary.

Thefts A stereo was reported stolen Tuesday at 2331 Hemlock.

Clothing and a photo album were reported stolen Tuesday at 105 N. Clark.

Liquor and dog food were reported stolen Tuesday by Wal-Mart at 3439 William. Two persons were placed in custody pending the filing of formal charges for stealing in connection with the complaint.

Liquor and cigarettes were reported stolen Wednesday by Huck's at 353 S. Kingshighway. Michael T. Williams, 28, of 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 507, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.

Tobacco products were reported stolen Wednesday by Rhodes 101 at 1610 N. Kingshighway. A person was placed in custody pending the filing of formal charges for stealing in connection with the complaint.

A vehicle part was reported stolen Wednesday by Galemore Motor Co. at 621 S. Kingshighway.

Property Damage Graffiti was reported Tuesday at Lynwood and Randol.

A door frame was reported damaged Wednesday at 2029 Independence.

A vehicle was reported damaged Wednesday at 605 N. Spanish.

Miscellaneous Forgery was reported Tuesday in the 2800 block of South Old Orchard Road.

Failure to return rental property was reported Tuesday in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Theft was reported Tuesday in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Theft was reported Tuesday in the 500 block of West Washington Street.
