The following items were released Wednesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Douglas W. Lunnemann, 21, of 4 Village Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Jamaal T. Southall, 24, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and failure to appear for driving while suspended.

* Dustin W. Sitzes, 23, of 1604 Madison St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Jeremiah E. Dukes, 20, of 539 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a warrant for posession of drugs with intent to distribute.

* Mark A. Brown, 29, of 505 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for driving with a suspended license.

Summonses

* Patrick L. Buck, 35, of 1108 S. Sprigg St., received a summons for disturbing the peace.

* Justin L. Collins, 23, of Jonesboro, Ark., received a summons for littering and disturbing the peace.

* Monroe Hicks Jr., 21, of pf 621 S. Henderson Ave., received a summons for excessive noise.

Assaults

* An assault was reported at Broadway and Lorimier Street. Amanda M. Price, 18, of 10 N. West End Blvd., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

Theft

* D Mart, 263 Farrar Drive, reported gasoline stolen.

* An amplifier, subwoofer, CD case and CDs were reported stolen at 724 Broadway.

* A radar detector was reported stolen at 3121 Themis St.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at Pockets bar, 2021 Independence St.

* A burglary was reported at 1415 Rose St. A purse was reported taken in the burglary.

Property Damage

* Property damage was reported at 2640 S. Hopper Drive. Adrienne L. Proffer, 22, of 2640 S. Hopper received a summons for property damage.

* A statue was reported broken at 205 Barberry St.

Miscellaneous

* Police received a report that checks were forged at a Wal-Mart in Dyersburg, Tenn.

Jackson

The following items were released Wednesday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

* A theft was reported in the 300 block of East Main Street.

Miscellaneous

* A fight was reported in the 800 block of Clark Street.

* A disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Donna Drive.

* A disturbance was reported on Deerwood Drive.
