The following items were released Tuesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Jeremiah E. Dukes, 20, of 539 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
* Anthony L. Hempstead, 17, of 1001 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a warrant for selling cocaine.
* Kitrell S. Fields, 39, of Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for property damage and failure to appear for stealing.
* Robert C. Hennecke, 19, of 22 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for motor vehicle financial responsibility requirements and a revoked operator's license.
* Justin W. Litton, 22, of Potosi, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for a seat belt violation.
Summons
* Hope L. Welker, 31, of 105 Rivercrest Drive, received a summons for a leash law violation.
Thefts
* A marquee sign was reported stolen at 509 Morgan Oak St.
* A firearm was reported stolen at 1515 Kurre Lane.
Burglary
* A burglary and damage to a change maker, detergent dispenser and sheet rock wall was reported at Cape La Croix Apartments, 430 S. Sprigg St.
Property damage
* A broken car window was reported at Leming Lane and Willaim Street.
* Car tires were reported damaged at 1224 William St.
Jackson
The following items were released Tuesday by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Jason Parsons, 28, of 216 N. Missouri St., was arrested for failure to appear on a Jackson warrant.
Property damage
* Property damage was reported in the 1400 block of Greenleaf Avenue, in the 600 block of West Washington Street, in the 400 block of White Oak Street and in the 500 block of Charlotte Court.
Miscellaneous
* An ex parte violation was reported in the 700 block of Highland Drive.
