Arrests

* Stanley D. Johnson, 22, of 320 Good Hope St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Christopher C. Cook, 40, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

* Jennifer R. Carter, 20, of Malden, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for probation violation for stealing and failure to appear.

* James E. Fullenwinder Jr., 26, of 1413 Brookshire Road, was arrested on suspicion of littering.

* Robert A. Kelly, 30, of 914 Old Cape Road in Jackson, was arrested on four Wabash County Ill., warrants for theft, burglary, disorderly conduct, aggravated battery and resisting a peace officer.

* Walter L. Taylor, 22, of 727 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Rhonda S. Quintana, 35, of 211 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to pay sewer bill.

* Sara A. Scirocco, 18, of 455 Mason St., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation for assault.

* Keith A. Sebastian, 47, of 415 S. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on a seat belt violation.

* Carla Weston, 26, of 40 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for a stop sign violation.

Summonses

* Jason S. Leek, 22, of 45 N. Benton St., received a summons for property damage in Riverfront Park.

Thefts

* A stereo, medications and cash were reported stolen at 10 Rivercrest Drive.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1467 Water St.

* Alliance Water Resources reported electronic equipment stolen from 120 N. Broadview St.

* Cash, automatic teller machine cards, credit cards, a driver's license and a Social Security card were reported stolen at 3004 Themis St.

* A check was reported stolen at 1014 N. Sprigg St.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Randall D. Flath, 46, of 230 Francis Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Nicholas L. Hobeck, 22, of 315 E. Washington St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to display lamps.

Arrests

* Christopher L. Eskew, 18, of 5949 County Road 324, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for stolen property and probation violation.

* Teresa L. Burke, 32, 2812 Hilltop Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

* Ronald L. McIntyre, 45, of 606 W. Adams St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and trespassing.

Theft

* A theft was reported on North Union Avenue.

Property Damage

* Property damage was reported in the 2200 block of Whitney Jean Drive.

* Property damage was reported in the 2700 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Property damage was reported on West Independence Street.
