DWI Maylon Darrell Phelps, 28, of 116 N. Park, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and not wearing a seat belt.
Arrest Jeremy Nelson, 32, of 1934 Delwin, Apt. 3, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Sunday on a city of Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear and a New Madrid County warrant for failure to appear.
Summonses Alicia Danielle Robins, 17, of Route 3, Box 3880, Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons Monday on suspicion of a curfew violation.
David Liston Hodges, 23, of 629 Charles, Cairo, Ill., was issued a summons Monday on suspicion of a curfew violation.
Assaults Assault was reported Monday.
Domestic assault was reported Monday.
Thefts A CD player and CDs were reported stolen and a vehicle damaged Sunday at 1710 N. Sprigg.
A duffel bag, cell phone, cell phone charger, clothing, cash and miscellaneous items were reported stolen Sunday at 3439 William.
Gasoline was reported stolen Sunday at Rhodes 101, 2109 William.
A DVD was reported stolen Sunday at Wal-Mart, 3439 William. A 16-year-old male was cited to juvenile court on suspicion of connection with the complaint.
Burglary A safe, cash, cigarettes and food were reported stolen Sunday in a burglary at 1157 S. West End Blvd.
Property damage A door, screen and flowerpots were reported damaged Sunday at 1400 S. West End Blvd.
Property damage was reported Monday at Vascular Diagnostic Specialists, 1834 Broadway.
Miscellaneous A 16-year-old female was cited to juvenile court Monday on suspicion of a curfew violation.
Tampering was reported Monday.
A watch was reported found Monday at 40 S. Sprigg.
