DWIs

* Steven C. Higgerson, 18, of 2406 Masters Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

* Don C. Coonce, 47, of 250 E. Lake Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Billie J. Hamm, 30, of 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a warrant.

* Eric C. Thomas, 38, of 129 S. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on suspicion of fleeing lawful detention.

* Christopher A. Martin, 24, of 445 S. Spring Ave., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation absconder for forgery and probation absconder for burglary.

* Montez M. Baker, 29, of 1819 College St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing, failure to appear for failure to appear for stealing, failure to appear for resisting and interfering with an arrest and failure to appear for failure to appear for resisting arrest.

* Lorenzo D. Braxton, 20, of 3103 Laurel Lane, was arrested on three Stoddard County warrants for failure to appear for possession of alcohol by a minor.

Assaults

* Two domestic assaults were reported.

* A domestic assault was reported. Robin M. Mirgeaux, 44, of 200 Minnesota Ave., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* An assault, unlawful use of a weapon and property damage were reported. One person was in custody pending formal charges.

Thefts

* A cell phone, checkbook and CD player were stolen and an arm rest damaged at 426 S. Hanover St.

* US Bank, 325 S. Kingshighway, reported the theft of money.

* Kohls, 315 Shirley Drive, reported a theft. Jennifer L. Biler, 20, of 324 S. Hanover St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft. Amy B. McCartrey, 32, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A black bicycle was reported stolen at 132 N. Main St.

* Money was reported stolen at 1304 Independence St.

* D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* A meal service was reported stolen at 1751 Independence St.

* A theft was reported. One person was in custody pending formal charges.

Burglaries

* A burglary, broken windows and stolen window trim were reported at 232 Good Hope St.

* A burglary and theft was reported. One person was in custody pending formal charges.

Miscellaneous

* Hindering prosecution was reported.

Jackson

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Becky R. Halbrook, 44, of Millersville, received a summons for failure to stop for a red light.

* Kelly D. Baker, 42, of 8352 Route W, received a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

* Misty D. Blair, 25, of 957 W. Independence St., received a summons for failure to maintain insurance.

Theft

* A tractor was reported stolen in the 5300 block of Old Cape Road East.

Miscellaneous

* Telephone harassment was reported.
