* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for assaulting a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
* Alfred Lee Seals, 47, address unknown, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for tampering with computers.
* David C. Inman, 45, of Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for parole violation.
* James N. Watts, 22, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper passing and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.
* Rae A. Kirkpatrick, 29, of an unknown address, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for stealing, on two Cape Girardeau warrants for forgery, and on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pays for seat-belt violation and two possessions of drug paraphernalia.
* Kentasha D. Moore, 18, of 1223 College St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for robbery.
* Tavis S. Curry, 17, of 223 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of false declaration and resisting arrest by fleeing.
* Tamara L. Sherman, 32, of Jonesboro, Ill., was arrested on an Illinois warrant for theft of services.
* Anthony A. Howard, 26, of 1105 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court and on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failures to appear.
Assault
* Domestic assault and assault were reported.
Thefts
* Missouri license plates, number 828-TPS, were reported stolen at 517 S. Kingshighway.
* A cell phone, cell phone charger, money and watches were reported stolen from a home at 509 Bellevue St.
* Gasoline was reported stolen at Rhodes, 2109 William St.
* A wallet was reported stolen at 3439 William St.
* Alcoholic beverages were reported stolen at Buffalo Wild Wings, 2136 William St.
* A Missouri license plate, number 328-WC7, was reported stolen at 2439 William St.
* A bicycle was reported stolen at 535 N. Sprigg St., then reported found at the same address.
* Cash and a Master lock were reported stolen at 325 N. Spring Ave.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 312 W. Lorimier St.
* A check was reported stolen at 402 S. Kingshighway.
* Checks were reported stolen at 123 N. Main St.
* Lens Crafters, 263 West Park Mall, reported the theft of sunglasses.
* K-Mart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft. Deborah F. Seesing, 40, of 173 D St., was arrested in connection to the complaint.
* A 1993 Dodge was reported stolen at 115 N. Fountain St.
Property damage
* A vehicle mirror was reported damaged at 537 Albert St.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 61 Green Acres Drive.
* Property damage and an ex parte violation were reported.
Miscellaneous
* A natural death of an 84-year-old male was reported.
* Interference with custody was reported twice.
* Manufacture of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia was reported.
* Harassing phone calls were reported.
* A natural death as reported.
* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for probation violation.
* Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported the failure to return a rented computer and desk.

* Angela D. Alcorn, 32, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to yield to traffic.
* Adam W. Holloway, 27, of Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and impeding the flow of traffic.
* Brandon M. Baker, 30, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, driving while revoked, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and child endangerment.
Summonses
* Amy N. Rose, 29, of Jackson, was issued a summons for driving while suspended.
Thefts
* A cell phone was reported stolen in the 200 block South Union Avenue.
* A class ring was reported stolen in the 1200 block of East Main Street.
